NEW STAR KNITTING MACHINE is designed with extremely high precision. It has been incorporated with all the best features and characteristics available in the products of the same species, and is manufactured by the advanced automatic machinery technology.
The needle beds are made of specially selected high grade steel, while stainless steel is used for the gauge scale ruler. The entire machine is assembled cautiouly with the parts which have been tempered with thee latest technique to ensure final settlement of the machine. The steel rail has been treated with ultra high frequency thermal arc to ensure rust-proof and wear-proof. The needle grooves are detected and measured by computer, they are precisely uniform.
